Hi Katharine,

I just heard about your retirement and thought I would google your name while the babies are napping. To my surprise, I found this website all about you!! Congratulations on taking the next step in your journey. I truly appreciated your wisdom and mastery during the short time I had to work with you. You are one of a kind and very insightful. I will miss your willingness to always listen to me during one of our "chats" when I return to work. I must let you know that your teachings during our coaching and facilitation workshops (and in fact, anytime you spoke) helped me through a very difficult time when I was in the hospital. Now, being at home with my 2 beautiful, amazing children brings me such peace and joy. There is no better job in the world!!

I wish you all the best and hope to touch base with you soon.

You, dear Cynthia, and your story about the consequences of speaking truth to power (you were the first I heard use that phrase) have been a constant source of encouragement and possibility, even now, with several oceans and continents between us.
I didn't know this parallel story about our work, Terri. I love your line about the moon...you once offered me another, when I was journeying abroad, that we all sleep under the same moon. Thank you for this, for your joyful wisdom that crosses the miles and years between us. It has been a sweet gift to reconnect with you.
