About Me

Broad stroke impressions:

  • student-seeker
  • mentor-champion
  • process artist-conversation host
  • edge walker-bridge builder
  • foodie-yogini
  • earth dancer-mountain hiker

My work is “love made visible.” (Gibran)
My mantra, “Let the beauty that we love be what we do.” (Rumi)
My practice, “To listen to others as if everyone were my Master speaking to me his last cherished words.” (Hafiz)
My slogan, “There is plenty of time and each moment counts.” (Zen)

I bring three decades of experience in helping individuals and groups claim their inner and collective wisdom, grow in compassion and clarity, and take wise action to create a future aligned with their values, talents, heartfelt need, AND organizational priorities and responsibilities.

An alumnus of the ALIA Institute in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and internationally certified as a professional facilitator, I’ve studied with some of the world’s most accomplished and innovative people in the leadership development, coaching, and group facilitation fields.  This ongoing mentoring, together with my graduate degree in clinical social work, training as a psychotherapist, personal analytic process work, and yogic and intuitive painting practice, manifest in a vibrant, graceful and grounding presence.

Through my practice, Panache Consulting, I am committed to “inspiring transformation…one conversation at a time.”
